Breakfast idea: Healthy Fruity Trifle

Good morning !

This morning I’m sharing a simple and healthy breakfast idea with you guys!
A trifle is a dessert with different layers of fruit, sponge cake and custard. This breakfast doesn’t contain sponge cake or custard, but it has fruit, it has layers and that’s why I’m calling it a trifle !

The things you’ll need

  • granola
  • fruit: banana, blueberry, raspberry, strawberry, pomegranate… (any fruit you prefer)
  • greek yogurt
  • optional: honey as a sweetener

Start with a thin layer of greek yoghurt. You can add a little drizzle of honey if you like your yogurt to be a little sweeter. Next, add a layer of any fruit you like, for example banana. Add a layer of granola on top of this fruit layer. Repeat the different layers until your glass/bowl is filled with yummy layers of fruit, yogurt and granola.
