Today I’m sharing an easy recipe for delicious and healthy pancakes.
The things you’ll need
- 2 cups of oats
- 2 (little) bananas
- a splash of almond milk (or regular milk)
- dark chocolate drops or any other topping you like
Put the oats, bananas and splash of almond milk in a blender and mix it until you have a smooth and relatively thick mixture.
To bake the pancakes you can use coconut oil, olive oil or butter. Bake them until golden brown.
Put your favourite topping on your pancakes and they are ready to serve !
